Glitter - 3 Gms, Mica, Tio2, Oxide Colour

Pop Eye Liner- DM Water, xanthan Gum, glycerine, vitamin E, Cranberry Extract, Approved Colours.

HOW TO USE

How to apply: Either dab or use brush to blend and shine. Create your own master stroke.
